I created KnowFlow to share the experience of retaining learning long-term. As a consultant, I teach people from all walks of life how to utilize modern software, and learning and retention are crucial topics in my work.

With AI taking on increasing workloads, I believe it's more important than ever to remind ourselves of the things that bring us together—dates, memories, and personal stories that define who we are.

One of my favorite ways of utilizing KnowFlow is creating flashcards that help me remember stories from my past. These aren't just facts to memorize—they're moments worth preserving. Names, dates, and the narratives that make life meaningful.
